The owner of real estate has several entity choices for the holding of the real estate.  This presentation will review the tax, asset protection and some business benefits and burdens of the entity choices, including the consequences arising from the formation and funding, the operation and the termination of the entity.  The presentation will also cover the tax and other consequences of the transfer, whether by gift, sale or exchange, of ownership interests in the entity.

We encourage you to join us on Thursday, December 10, 2009 from 7:30 - 9:00 AM at the Hilton Garden Inn, Freeport Downtown, 5 Park Street, Freeport, ME.
