Town of Kennebunk

The Town of Kennebunk is an active participant in the economic development activities within its borders. We have a progressive, one stop shopping process, working closely with new and existing businesses as they work to determine their development futures. The program is managed by the Economic Development Director, Mathew Eddy. Kennebunk has in place a progressive and active TIF process, has assisted businesses with our Pine Tree Zone advantages, and worked closely with individual businesses to resolve land use issues. The Kennebunk staff is skilled in grant development, capable of bringing public and private sector funds to the development table. Blessed with a low tax rate and inexpensive energy, Kennebunk can bring many resources to your development goal.
