The Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) is
pleased to announce that
J. David Hughes of Epstein Commercial Real Estate
has been elected to its Board of Directors.
As a commercial real estate broker with Epstein Commercial
Real Estate, David focuses on the sale and lease of office, retail, industrial,
and investment properties. Prior to Epstein commercial, David worked in
property management at Hughes Associates. He has dealt with all facets of
management including leasing, maintenance, and capital planning for condo
associations, apartment complexes, office and retail properties. David is a
graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in Business Administration.
Recent sale transactions include shopping centers such as
the University Mall and North Hampden Shopping Center, office buildings such as
the former Dead River building at 55 Broadway, and former MBNA offices in
Camden, and industrial properties like the former Sysco facilities in Bangor and
Newport.

David lives in Bangor with his wife Shellie. They enjoy
skiing, white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking and camping.
