NEED CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS? We are excited to announce that MEREDA’s DevelopME Committee is partnering with The Real Estate Learning Group to bring you this accredited event approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission for Three Clock Hours of Continuing Education Credits for Real Estate Licensees.
About the Event: This course provides a review of antitrust laws and their impact on the real estate industry. Participants will gain a clearer comprehension of and communicate more effectively about licensee compensation with clients. Additionally, the program covers listing and buyer agreements, explains the distinctions between customer and client statuses, enhancing participants’ knowledge and professional practice in the real estate field.
Enhance your real estate career with Beyond the Settlement: Practice Changes. This course empowers licensees to effectively understand and communicate post-settlement practices, boosting client education and transaction success.

From I-295 (North or South) Take exit 6B for Forest Avenue. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Bedford Street. Enter the University’s Bedford Street Parking Garage by taking the second left onto Surrenden Street, immediately after the Alumni Skywalk.
The McGoldrick Career & Student Success Center is a short walk across Bedford Street.
Everyone that parks on the USM Campus in the Bedford Street Garage has to use the digital parking system. You can pre-register for your parking session or do it upon arrival. To avoid a parking citation, you must begin your digital parking session – and pay – within 10 minutes of parking. You can also pre-schedule your session.
