Maine’s Real Estate Market More Robust than Most of Nation

Despite the national, and local trends in real estate, more than 500 people turned out last week in Portland for the annual conference of the Maine Real Estate and Development Association. President Ray Cota says that number was the same as last year, reflecting, in part, that Maine’s real estate market has remained more robust than the national figures would suggest. Cota recently spoke with MPBN’s Irwin Gratz.
