About the Event:
In these difficult economic times, it has become more and more necessary to leverage various public resources to make projects financially feasible. Mathew Eddy and John Holden, consultants at Eaton Peabody Consulting Group (EPCG), will provide an overview of the public funds and programs available and discuss how they can work for you and your project.  This session will cover the principal financial resources available to developers as they work with communities to further their development projects.
