Portland, Maine – Kimberly J. Twitchell of Cumberland Center has been elected as a board member of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA), a statewide organization of commercial real estate owners, developers and related service providers. Founded in 1985, and celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year, MEREDA promotes responsible development and ownership of real estate in Maine through legislative advocacy, educational programs and professional networking opportunities.   

Kim is Commercial Relationship Manager of the Commercial Real Estate group at TD Bank, and is responsible for business development and relationship management of commercial real estate investment accounts.  

Kim has been in the commercial banking business for the past 20 years and with TD Bank since 2006.  Kim is a 1989 graduate of Bowdoin College and serves on a number of boards including the Portland Community Chamber, Building Materials Exchange, and Portland Ovations.
