In the fall of 2003, the Maine Real Estate & Development Association’s (MEREDA’s) Board of Directors authorized the establishment of an honorary body entitled, Council of Directors Emeritus, comprised of an exclusive group of individuals who, during their careers, have made significant contributions to both MEREDA and Maine’s commercial real estate industry.
In 2010, two additional members were inducted into this honorary board and were recognized at induction ceremonies that took place during MEREDA’s sold-out Annual Fall Social on October 21, 2010. MEREDA’s Council of Directors Emeritus now includes Tim O’Neil of Monks O’Neil Development in Portland and Carol Epstein of Epstein Commercial Real Estate in Bangor.
