At last year’s annual Spring Conference, real estate futurist, Dr. Susan Wachter of the Wharton School spoke at length about how future growth will mainly come from our cities. This year’s program aims to take the next step as we work to build a program around urban renewal, growth and innovation.  We have confirmed two national keynote speakers, Chris Leinberger of the Brookings Institute and Lara Hodgson, co-founder of Insomnia, LLC, an Atlanta-based firm specializing in investment, development and management of complex and innovative “world-changing” projects.
