If you live or work in Portland plan to attend this informative event presented by the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) and the Portland Community Chamber.

Find out first-hand what the infrastructure upgrades are, who is compelling the City to implement them, how the taskforce charged with addressing this matter grappled with different funding approaches, what fee assessment methodology they recommended to the Portland City Council, and what it means to every property owner in Portland.
