At Efficiency Maine, Chuck is responsible for the technical analysis of energy cost savings measures and conducts training programs for clients and partners. Chuck manages the successful Qualified Partners Program, the Direct Install On-Bill Financing Pilot Program and the Education/Training outreach initiative.
