MEREDA’s Morning Menu – Kicking Off Change – Exploring the Impact and Vision of Maine’s Hearts of Pine

About the Event:

On October 17th, MEREDA will host a breakfast event featuring a discussion with founding members of Maine’s new soccer team, Hearts of Pine. The panel, including Catherine Culley, Gabe Hoffman-Johnson, and Kevin Schohl, will delve into the journey of establishing the team, highlighting the challenges and successes of introducing this global sport to Maine. The discussion will be moderated by Marieke Thormann, VP of Development at Fathom Companies, and will also cover the anticipated economic impact on the local community and the broader regional development. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the future of soccer in Maine and the transformative potential of Hearts of Pine.

Ticket Prices:
Member: $45 | Non-Member: $55
Prices increase by $10 after October 10.

Refund Policy: Your RSVP is requested by October 10. Payment is expected at the time of registration. No refunds will be granted to anyone who registers, but fails to attend, or who cancels after October 10.

You can pre-register for your parking session or do it upon arrival. To avoid a parking citation, you must begin your digital parking session – and pay – within 10 minutes of parking.  You can also pre-schedule your session.

We’re excited to honor the 2024 Notable Projects on May 14th as we also celebrate our 40th anniversary. This “social celebration” will be in place of our Spring Social. Please join us – it will be a “Notable Night with MEREDA! 

We are also partnering with Mainebiz who will be producing a special publication called “Groundbreaking Maine” to be released in June. This will put a spotlight on the innovators, general contractors, engineers, architects, and the developments that showcase responsible development in action!
