About the Event:
On October 17th, MEREDA will host a breakfast event featuring a discussion with founding members of Maine’s new soccer team, Hearts of Pine. The panel, including Catherine Culley, Gabe Hoffman-Johnson, and Kevin Schohl, will delve into the journey of establishing the team, highlighting the challenges and successes of introducing this global sport to Maine. The discussion will be moderated by Marieke Thormann, VP of Development at Fathom Companies, and will also cover the anticipated economic impact on the local community and the broader regional development. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the future of soccer in Maine and the transformative potential of Hearts of Pine.

EVENT PARKING: Everyone that parks on the USM Campus in the Bedford Street Garage has to use the digital parking system. You can pre-register for your parking session or do it upon arrival.
