Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) Announces Appointment to its Board of Directors

PORTLAND, Maine (February 11, 2025) – Mark Schaub has been elected to the board of directors of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA), a statewide organization of commercial real estate owners, developers and related service providers.

Mark Schaub is a Vice President and Senior Commercial Relationship Manager with NBT Bank in Portland, having joined the bank in 2019, with commercial lending experience in Maine beginning in 2007. At NBT, Mark works in commercial real estate lending as well as in the commercial and industrial space. Mark is a graduate of The University of Maine and in his free time is a whitewater rafting guide and enjoys traveling.
