PORTLAND, Maine (October 5, 2026) – The Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) is pleased to announce the appointment of James Perkolidis of Scarborough, Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at Bath Savings Institution, to its Board of Directors.
James brings a wealth of commercial lending experience to the MEREDA Board. At Bath Savings Institution, where he has served since 2020, he specializes in investment commercial real estate and commercial & industrial lending, working closely with business owners and real estate investors to deliver financing solutions that support growth and long-term success. Prior to joining Bath Savings, James spent more than 15 years at TD Bank in a variety of commercial banking and leadership roles.
James holds an MBA from Husson University and bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Maine at Farmington.
No stranger to volunteer leadership, James currently serves on the boards of Tedford Housing and the Risk Management Association. He has also been an engaged member of MEREDA's Membership & Marketing Committee, making him a natural fit for the Board.
