A Joint Venture of 4 families, the Prentices, the Brady’s, the Beane’s, and the Costello’s. The group’s purpose is the acquisition and redevelopment of 58 Fore Street, a 10-acre waterfront parcel on the Eastern Waterfront of Portland, ME along with a 13-acre marina.
