At its June meeting, the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) Board of Directors unanimously elected the following officers for the 2006 / 2007 Fiscal Year.

Vice President: Thomas N. Lea, Maine Bank & Trust

Treasurer: William Shanahan, Northern New England Housing Investment Fund
