Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) Hosts Breakfast Seminar titled, “Federal Stimulus and What it Means for Maine”

Join MEREDA on Thursday, June 18, 2009 from 7:30 – 9:00 AM at the Clarion Hotel, 1230 Congress Street, Portland, ME as Senator Olympia Snowe’s State Office Representative, Brian Whitney, Director of Outreach & Economic Development and Maine Department of Economic & Community Development Commissioner, John Richardson provide their insight on Maine’s share of the federal stimulus money. 

We encourage you to come prepared with questions for Director Whitney and Commissioner Richardson for the Q & A session immediately following the presentation. They will speak about the various projects around the state that may benefit from the stimulus, provide thoughts on what may lie ahead in the coming months and may also speak about possible grants and loans that may be available to small business, alternative energy projects, etc.
