Property ownership and management issues are increasingly complex running the gamut from leasing and rental requirements and restrictions differing between residential and commercial properties, foreclosure notices, energy ratings, audits and disclosures, pesticide application disclosures, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and utility disconnections are just a few of the recent changes to laws and rules over the past two years. Keeping abreast of the new requirements are just part of your battle as owners and managers, but how these new requirements affect your internal management systems is also a critical component.
In addition to the myriad of recent changes to laws and rules, the panelists will also provide information on emerging issues which are of interest to property owners and managers and expected to be under discussion during 2010 and later.
