MEREDA’s “Morning Menu” Breakfast Event: Portland, Maine: Rising Again – Why the Portland Real Estate Market is Booming
Join the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA) for breakfast at its first gathering after the summer break on September 11th from 7:30 – 9:00 AM at the Holiday Inn By the Bay, 88 Spring Street in Portland. MEREDA welcomes the City of Portland’s Mayor, Michael F. Brennan, as he shares his insights on why Portland’s real estate market is soaring. We’ll also hear from Jeff Levine, Director of Planning & Urban Development and Tammy Munson, Inspections Division Director, about the City’s new streamlined building permit application process.
