About the Event: 

Over 900 of the state’s leading real estate experts are expected to attend MEREDA’s Signature Event being held on January 26, 2023 at the Cross Insurance Arena in Portland.  This unique conference brings together the largest gathering of commercial real estate professionals in Maine, and is specifically geared toward developers, brokers, architects, bankers, attorneys, accountants and other industry professionals.  Each year MEREDA assembles some of Maine’s top real estate leaders to provide an economic overview and outlook on the profession’s key economic indicators, along with the popular market overview by property type, focusing on both commercial and residential real estate forecasts.

This event is well-known as an annual “must attend” for anyone involved in, or touched by, the real estate industry. You should attend if: 

You want to network with Maine’s top industry professionals.

You could benefit from a sneak peek into Maine’s real estate industry – and would like to learn about key trends and transactions in regions and market segments (i.e. Southern Maine vs. Bangor region etc., and multi-family vs. retail transactions, etc.)

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS:

This course has been approved for 4 hours by the Maine Real Estate Commission for In-Person Continuing Education Credits for Real Estate Licensees and Appraisers.

IMPORTANT:  In-Person attendees seeking credits are required to sign-in upon arrival (by 10:00 am), and then sign-out at the end of the program, (at 4:00 pm). You MUST  complete the pink sign-in/sign-out sheets (located next to the registration area). Sign-out sheets will be provided at the end of the program. Failure to sign both in and out sheets will result in the forfeiture of credits. We must have proof of 2 signatures. No exceptions.

This course has been approved by the Maine Board of Overseers for one hour of legal continuing education credits. Sign-in required.

This course has  been approved by AIA Maine for four hours of architect credits. Sign-in required.
