Queen City Development Group was formed in 2019 in Burlington, VT. QCDG’s services include real estate investment, construction, design, and property management. Since 2019 the company and it’s partners have completed the acquisition and stabilization of 12 multifamily and commercial properties throughout Maine, Massachusetts, and Vermont.
