Each year, MEREDA identifies and recognizes the most noteworthy and significant Maine commercial development projects from the previous year. These Notable Projects embody MEREDA’s mission of responsible development.
MEREDA will be accepting nominations for its 2025 Notable Project Awards beginning in October. We’ll honor those recipients at a special gathering on April 30, 2026. Please mark your calendar and plan to join us – it will be a “Notable Night” with MEREDA!

Parking
Everyone that parks on the USM Campus in the Bedford Street Garage has to use the digital parking system. You can pre-register for your parking session or do it upon arrival. Commit your license number to memory! You’ll need it to complete your parking session. To avoid a parking citation, you must begin your digital parking session – and pay – within 10 minutes of parking.

MEREDA’s Annual Fall Social returns on November 6! Mark your calendar now to join us at the Hilton Garden Inn Portland Downtown Waterfront for another great “meet-and-greet” opportunity.

Refund Policy:
Receipt of your registration indicates your intention to attend and secures you a ticket to the event. No refunds will be granted to anyone who registers, but fails to attend or who cancels after October 30. RSVP is requested by October 30. Payment is expected at the time of registration.

Members: $45 each | Non-Members: $60 each
Prices increase by $10 after October 30.
