About the Event:
Hidden costs lurking below the surface or within old buildings can complicate development projects. Build an understanding of what qualifies a project as a Brownfields-eligible development, methods to eliminate the unknowns and quantify the environmental costs, and the funding sources available to build the stack.

Our panel experts will include Nancy Martin with the City of Portland’s Housing & Economic Development Department, Emily Wassmer of TRC Companies, Julie Curran of Great Falls Construction and moderating the program, Matt Pitzer, of Simpson Gumpertz & Heger.

Everyone that parks on the USM Campus in the Bedford Street Garage has to use the digital parking system. You can pre-register for your parking session or do it upon arrival. Commit your license number to memory!  You’ll need it to complete your parking session.  To avoid a parking citation, you must begin your digital parking session – and pay – within 10 minutes of parking.
