About the Event:  Efforts in Augusta have been focused on implementing policies to address the statewide housing shortage. In many cases, these efforts have included freeing up land use regulations.

Join MEREDA on November 20th for an overview of recently enacted policies to lower barriers to housing creation, including MEREDA’s success in enacting its permitting predictability legislation.

Our presenters include Elizabeth Frazier, Partner at Pierce Atwood, Jason Howe, Partner at PretiFlaherty, and Paul Peck, Associate at Drummond & Drummond and Founder of LWS Development.

Everyone that parks on the USM Campus in the Bedford Street Garage has to use the digital parking system. You can pre-register for your parking session or do it upon arrival.
