We are a Seasonal Resort Development Company. At this time we are developing on a 300 acre site Seasonal Cottages that will contain 263 Cottages. We are developing and constructing utilizing the natural beauty and land features of the site by saving many of these natural features from ledge, to greenery, to ponds. We are protecting & utilizing wetland features & vernal pools as viewing features. Even Storm Water Ponds are being utilized as part of the landscaping features for residents to walk by or sit on it’s banks. Much of the ledge is processed and used on site.
