We exist to help promote and preserve the role of the Maine agent in the closing process. We are dedicated to providing high-quality professional services to our policy-issuing attorneys and agents, insured lenders, home-buyers, and other members of the real estate community. CATIC is currently licensed in Connecticut, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Vermont.
