Downeast Assessing & Real Estate Services (est 2018) provides tax assessing services to local municipalities in the Downeast Maine area currently contracted with five (5) towns. Owner, Marc A. Perry, has been a certified licensed Maine Assessor (CMA #814) since 2007 and also the Designated Broker/Owner of Schoodic Realty based in Ellsworth and a licensed Maine Realtor (#DB918382) since 2001. Marc also recently formed a new company Downeast Revaluation Services dba Downeast Reval providing town-wide revaluation services for local municipalities in the Downeast Maine area.
