MEREDA Elects Bev Uhlenhake to Board of Directors

Bev Uhlenhake of Epstein Commercial Real Estate in Bangor has been elected to the board of directors of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA), a statewide organization of commercial real estate owners, developers and related service providers.

Bev works in all sectors of the commercial market and has brokered a range of sales, leases, and build to suits for local and national clients.  She earned her CCIM in 2008 and currently sits on several boards, including the Brewer Planning Board.

Entitled “New Urbanism: Creative Models for Innovation and Economic Growth,” the forum brought together Maine and national experts to discuss the forces & trends driving the re-urbanization of our city centers and how we think about the “American city.”
