Each year, MEREDA identifies and recognizes the most noteworthy and significant Maine commercial development projects from the previous year. These Notable Projects embody MEREDA’s mission of responsible development.

On April 30, 2026, MEREDA will host a “Notable Night” to recognize our 2025 Notable Project Recipients, the most significant and noteworthy commercial development projects that embody MEREDA’s mission of responsible development.  

We are thrilled to recognize the projects that are driving and defining responsible development in Maine. This event is an opportunity for our industry to celebrate the creative design and building that is happening here and contributing to Maine’s future success.

How do you plan to get there?

Parking

Everyone that parks on the USM Campus in the Bedford Street Garage has to use the digital parking system. You can pre-register for your parking session or do it upon arrival. Commit your license number to memory!  You’ll need it to complete your parking session.  To avoid a parking citation, you must begin your digital parking session – and pay – within 10 minutes of parking.
