We are excited to announce that MEREDA’s DevelopME Committee is partnering with The Real Estate Learning Group to bring you this accredited event approved by the Maine Real Estate Commission for Three Clock Hours of Continuing Education Credits for Real Estate Licensees.
About the Event: This course provides a review of antitrust laws and their impact on the real estate industry. Participants will gain a clearer comprehension of and communicate more effectively about licensee compensation with clients. Additionally, the program covers listing and buyer agreements, explains the distinctions between customer and client statuses, enhancing participants’ knowledge and professional practice in the real estate field.

About the Event:
Dr. Habib Dagher will provide an overview of the 55,000 ft2 GEM Factory of the Future currently under construction at UMaine. The facility will usher in a new era for smart manufacturing research and training. It will be used to scale-up the production of 3D printed homes and boats, and train the workforce to operate such new factories. The facility will develop convergent manufacturing methods that bring together multiple manufacturing processes, digital twins, sensors, and AI to produce “born certified” systems.
