FirstPark is an innovative business and technology park located in Oakland, Maine. FirstPark offers a low-density, campus-like, natural setting. In total, there are 285 acres, 150 of those buildable. 73 total acres have been sold to date. FirstPark has a number of benefits. Utilities are in place and underground, it is a designated Smartpark® with true redundancy, and there are protective covenants as well as state and local incentives in place.FirstPark is an economic development project of the Kennebec Regional Development Authority (KRDA), comprised of 24 local communities that have committed to share costs and revenues for FirstPark development.
