Redstone has been active in commercial real estate in New England since 1992. In the past 5 years, Redstone has been involved in real estate development and acquisitions totaling over $100 Million of value with more than 900,000 square feet of total building area. Our real estate ventures have involved all sectors of real estate including multi-family, office, retail, industrial, health care, lodging and recreation.The State Theatere Building in downtown Portland is our first portfolio property in Maine and we are actively seeking other development and acquisitions opportunities in the area. We are open to joint ventures and other creative partnerships.
