David Bateman began his career in 1979 with one specific purpose --- to develop and manage real estate. For almost 40 years now, our principals have built commercial and residential projects worth in excess of $210 million, in Maine and New Hampshire. Another $156 million in development is on the way. If there’s just one thing to know about Bateman Partners, it’s that we get things done.Furthermore, many of these projects we still own and/or manage. That’s important to us. We value the quality of life that our work contributes to our part of the world, and that’s why we’re members of our neighborhoods and communities.
