Nominations Now Being Accepted for MEREDA’s 2025 Notable Project Awards
Each year, MEREDA identifies and recognizes the most noteworthy and significant Maine commercial development projects from the previous year, all of which embody MEREDA’s belief in responsible development.
Nominations are now being accepted for MEREDA’s 2025 Notable Project Awards. To be considered, all projects must be submitted via the Notable Projects Application Form, which can be accessed here. (Clicking this link will open a Google Form document.)
Nominations are due January 15, 2026. Please submit completed forms to Shelly R. Clark at gro.aderem@ofni Entries received after this date will not be considered.
We’ll honor the recipients at a special gathering on April 30, 2026. Please mark your calendar and plan to join us—it will be a “Notable Night” with MEREDA!
MEREDA is excited to be partnering once again with Mainebiz on the 2026 groundbreaking Maine publication distributed in the 6/1/26 issue of Mainebiz focused on reporting on the real estate industry. One of the items featured will be coverage on MEREDA’s Notable Project Recipients, reviewing each project and telling their story! Get your nominations in early!
