About the Event:

Nearly 1000 of the state’s leading real estate experts are expected to attend MEREDA’s TD Bank Sponsored Signature Event being held on January 16, 2020 at the Holiday Inn By the Bay in Portland.  This unique conference brings together the largest gathering of commercial real estate professionals in Maine, and is specifically geared toward developers, brokers, architects, bankers, attorneys, accountants and other industry professionals.  Each year MEREDA assembles some of Maine’s top real estate leaders to provide an economic overview and outlook on the profession’s key economic indicators, along with the popular market overview by property type, focusing on both commercial and residential real estate forecasts.

This event is well-known as an annual “must attend” for anyone involved in, or touched by, the real estate industry. You should attend if:

• You want to network with Maine’s top industry professionals.
• You could benefit from a sneak peek into Maine’s real estate industry – and would like to learn about key trends and transactions in regions and market segments (i.e. Southern Maine vs. Bangor region etc., and multi-family vs. retail transactions, etc.)

Registering for this Event:

Your RSVP is requested by January 9, 2020. Payment is expected at the time of registration. No refunds will be granted to anyone who registers, but fails to attend or cancels after January 9.

Are you a MEREDA Cornerstone or Sustainer Level Member?  Please remember that as part of your membership benefits, you are entitled to 5 and 2 (respectively) complimentary conference tickets.  Please email the names of those using these tickets to info@mereda.org before registering additional attendees. 

Ticket Prices:

Members: $120.oo ea | Non-Members: $275.00 ea
Prices increase by $15 after January 9

Special pricing is available for municipal officials ($50.00 ea) and students ($25.00 ea).

Presentation materials will be available in either a 3-ring binder or on electronic media. During registration, attendees will have the option to order presentation materials in a 3-ring binder for an additional $10 fee.  If binder is not selected, presenter materials will be provided on electronic media at the event.
